Mooney Viscometer

Low Temperature Brittle Test machine

EQUIPMENT
Rubber grinder machine
Used to heat up raw rubber, create viscosity for raw rubber before mixing with different chemicals to create a new type of rubber that ensures the required features of customers on the basis of testing standard. The machine will be cooled by a circulating water tower system, and has a closed dust vacuum system from the storage chamber. The maximum capacity that the container can work at once is: 35kg and 50kg (NR and CR).
Rubber mixing machine
The machine can adjusting and mixing the rubber after being crushed under high pressure from the 55L grinder machine and ensuring that the rubber does not overheat leading to loss of viscosity.
The machine can adjust the thickness and width in the mixing process, to suit each different type of rubber, it can mix from the top and bottom to ensure that the rubber and chemicals are perfectly mixed together. The machine is also cooled by a circulating water tower system The maximum capacity of the machine that can mix once for NR rubber is 35kg; with CR is 50kg.
Like the 18IN rubber mixer, the 16IN mixer has the additional task of adjusting the thickness and width of the rubber sheet as desired.

Shape cutting machine
The shape cutting machine is used to cut and divide to the accuarate size of rubber sheets according to the technical drawings to arrange the rubber sheets that have been cut along with the steel sheets to form a rubber pillow, then will be transferred to the vulcanizing unit.
The maximum capacity of the machine that can mix for NR rubber is 35kg; with CR is 50kg.
The machine can cut the limited rubber sheets as follows.

CNC machine
The machine uses FANNUC operating system, can processes steel, aluminum, plastic products.
Currently, the machine is used to process products related to bearings in the factory such as: upper plate, lower plate, pot bearing, and rubber pattern for products related to expansion joints.
The machine is capable of very high precision machining.

The longest product length that can be processed is 2000mm.
The maximum width of the product that can be processed is :1200mm.
The maximum height that can be processed is: 500mm.
Vulcanizer machine
Our factory currently uses 3 types of commonly vulcanizers, depends on the size and product requirements that are applied differently: 50 tons, 600 tons and 1600s ton vulcanizer, installed since 2012, rubber vulcanizers based on thermal impact and hydraulic pressure create vulcanizing pressure to produce rubber products with international standard elasticity, elasticity and hardness depending on customer's need.
